All in all I am very pleased with these bino’s. For a 10X50 they are very light compared to most other comparable 10X50’s. They are extremely clear and do very well in low light, they have probably extended my viewing time by 20 minutes over my 8X42 bushnells. They also have a nice lifetime warranty, which is always a bonus. One downside to them is the lens caps do not fit very well, they are a little loose, and in fact I lost one off the binos the first trip in the bush. The other problem I had was the binoc loc which holds the barrels locked in the same place so you don’t have to adjust them when you bring them to your eyes, did not fit very well either...it was quite a struggle to get them on. For the price I think it could be argued that dollar for dollar these are the best value for the money on the market today. In my package I received 1 set of binos, a vortex bino buddy, a vortex binoc loc, a lens pen, and a vortex hat and T-shirt. With shipping and taxes included the total bill was still only $318 CND.... extremely reasonable. To sum up......the bino’s themselves are well worth the money, so much so that I am not too upset that the accessories do not fit particularly well. I think they will perform on par with many of the much more expensive brands out there today!
